Lesina at Hammock Bay

EECON Engineering Services was retained by the Lesina at Hammock Bay Association, following a referral from the building’s onsite management team, to identify the source of water intrusion within the parking garage and develop corrective recommendations to remediate the affected areas.
Our team performed a focused investigation to trace the origin of the intrusion, evaluate contributing building envelope and structural conditions, and document the underlying causes. Based on our findings, EECON Engineering Services prepared clear, actionable repair recommendations and technical details for the Association to incorporate into its remediation efforts.
The engineering guidance provided allowed the Association to engage a qualified contractor with confidence and efficiently implement targeted repairs, resulting in a cost-effective resolution to the water intrusion issue and improved long-term performance of the affected areas.
