EECON Engineering Services, an affiliate of The EECON Group, is an independent engineering and advisory firm. We partner with associations to evaluate existing conditions, plan strategic capital improvements, and guide complex restoration projects with clarity and confidence.
We offer objective engineering judgment, fiduciary alignment with boards, and a deep understanding of Florida’s evolving regulatory environment. Engineering Services
EECON Engineering Services provides independent advisory and engineering support for condominium associations, homeowner associations and private property owners. Our team assists with deferred maintenance, restoration, and capital improvement projects. From initial evaluation, to developing scopes and technical specifications, through managing bidding and project oversight, our solutions are efficient, practical, value-driven.
